The innovative Zwift Cog and Click system is compatible with a variety of direct-drive trainers. With this smart system, you can mount virtually any bike with 8 to 12 gears onto your direct-drive trainer. Instead of multiple sprockets, the system uses just one sprocket (the Zwift Cog) and a wireless remote (the Zwift Click) for shifting. This ensures the chain always runs smoothly and quietly, and allows you to shift quickly and virtually. You can choose how many virtual gears you want, up to a maximum of 24.
Zwift Cog
With adjustable alignment for optimal chain positioning and seamless compatibility with virtually any bike with 8–12 gears. The Zwift Cog replaces the cassette as the only gear you need. Zwift Click
With the Zwift Click, you can shift gears quickly and easily. You can easily mount this wireless remote anywhere on any type of handlebar: whether it’s a drop bar, flat bar, or aero bar, you can shift wherever you want.
The Zwift Cog comes pre-installed on a Shimano/SRAM-pattern freehub; it is the Zwift freehub that has compatibility issues with some trainers (Tacx/Elite)
Tacx, Elite, and others have their own Shimano/SRAM-pattern freehubs
SOLUTION – just like swapping out a cassette, you can remove the Zwift Cog from the Zwift freehub and install the standalone cog onto the proprietary Tacx/Elite/other freehub
