When is it best to use the Pre Workout shot?
If you want the maximum effect of your PurePower Pre Workout shot, take it about half an hour before you start your workout. You will then have more energy, a better ability to concentrate and feel motivated to push yourself optimally during your workout.
What is beta-alanine?
Beta Alanine is an amino acid that can be used in the body to form carnosine. Now you're probably thinking, what is carnosine? We find carnosine in skeletal muscles, which are the muscles that have the important job of neutralizing the lactic acid that is released when you train hard. This means that the more beta-alanine you have in your body, the more carnosine the muscles can form.
In short, beta-alanine is effective when it comes to reducing lactic acid during heavy muscle training for 1-4 minutes.
Recommended daily dose:
1 shot = 60 ml, take half a shot (30 ml) twice a day. The daily dose should not be exceeded.
